Kızıl Çukur Valley

Situated in the centre of Cappadocia and 3 km from Göreme’s open air museum,  Kızıl Çukur valley is one of the prinicipal tourist attractions of the region. The vegetation and the naturally-shaped rocks of the valley, as well as their vibrant colours, will provide you with an unforgettable experience.
The valley houses ‘Tuf’ rock formations which give off a reddish glow when the sun sets.
